FASTag is an easy-to-use, reloadable tag that is affixed to your vehicle's windscreen. It enables automatic deduction of toll charges, so you can pass through toll plazas without stopping to pay toll manually. FASTag is linked to a prepaid account from which the applicable toll amounts are deducted.

The tag makes use of Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to ensure that the relevant charges are automatically deducted from your prepaid account.

In order to buy FASTag, you are requested to kindly visit any of the Point of Sale (PoS) locations at Toll Plazas / PoS outlets of the NETC Member Banks / their distribution agents/ their Sales offices. Alternatively, you can also apply online at the respective issuer bank's website or at http://www.nhai.gov.in/#

You can recharge your FASTag account by making a payment through cheque or online through Internet Banking or iMobile.

For customers whose KYC is complete, the FASTag account recharge limit is ₹ 1,00,000. For customers whose KYC documents have not been received, the recharge limit is ₹ 10,000.

Customer needs to submit the following documents along with the application form for FASTag:

• Signed FASTag application form, provided by issuer bank which customers need to fill and submit to the bank. 2.Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle
• Passport size photograph of the vehicle owner
• KYC documents as per the category of the vehicle owner 5.A valid driving license 6.Image of Vehicle (Optional)..
